- You may purchase a Ben’s Friends E-Gift Card online with a debit or credit card.
- Use of Ben’s Friends E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance by the member of all program terms and conditions.
- You may register your Ben’s Friends E-Gift Card, check your card balance and/or add value to or reload your card online. You may also check your card balance at any participating Ben’s location.
- Ben’s Friends E-Gift Card may be used towards any purchase at participating Ben’s locations.
- Ben’s Friends E-Gift Card may be used in combination with other Ben’s coupons, discounts and offers.
- Ben’s Friends E-Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- Treat your Ben’s Friends E-Gift like cash. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- Ben’s Friends E-Gift Card has no expiration date. However, except where prohibited by law, after 12 consecutive months of card inactivity the prevailing monthly maintenance fee, currently $2.00, will be deducted from any remaining E-Gift Card balance on the last day on any month when there is no activity on the E-Gift Card.
- Ben’s is not responsible for Ben’s E-Gift Card balances which cannot be redeemed due to technical difficulties including but not limited to computer malfunctions, software problems, phone or internet connection breakdowns, or other problems which temporarily render the system inoperable. In such circumstances another form of payment may be required.
- Ben’s is not responsible for lost, returned, misdirected, undeliverable email, or other correspondence.
- Ben’s reserves the right to discontinue and/or change the rules, terms and conditions of the Ben’s E-Gift Card program at any time without prior notice, but will make reasonable effort to notify E-Gift Card holders who have registered their card at BensDeli.net of any material changes in advance.
- Members of Ben’s Friends Rewards may use an E-Gift Card and accrue points on their separate loyalty card on the same visit.
- Ben’s E-Gift Card is a standalone offering and cannot be combined with other Ben’s gift or loyalty cards. E-Gift Card holders may join Ben’s Friends Rewards by obtaining a plastic card at any Ben’s location.
