There are several reasons why you may not be receiving emails from Ben’s:
1. Verify you email address and opt in to receive Ben’s emails. Ben’s does not send email to our customers without explicit permission.
2. Your spam blocker may be set to block emails that you wish to receive from Ben’s.
3. Your internet or email service provider may have blocked emails from Ben’s in error in an effort to prevent spam.
How To Verify Your Email Address and Opt In To Receive Emails From Ben’s
To opt in for regular emails from Ben’s eClub. (This would include our monthly promotions, holiday menus, special deals, and special invitations to events)
Go to our “Join Our eClub!” page. In the space provided, enter your email address and click “Go”. If the email address you type has previously been registered, you will be directed to an “Update Your Ben’s Kosher Delicatessen Profile” page. Confirm your email address and click “Submit”. Instructions will be emailed to you on how to access your existing profile page where you may choose what types of information you wish to receive.
Upon completion of your profile update, you MUST click “Save Profile Changes” for the changes to become effective. You will receive an email confirming the changes you have made.
To opt in for Ben’s Friends Rewards program information exclusively. (This would include birthday gifts, coupon notifications, point reset information and information specific to this membership program.)
Log on to your Ben’s Friends Rewards account with your user name and password. In the menu at the top of the page, click the “Edit Account” link. In the Profile Information, ensure that you have typed in the correct email address and check the box “Email Opt In.” Then click the “Update Profile” button to save your information.
(If you have forgotten either your user name, your password or both, under the log in button on the log in page, click on the words that say, “Click here to request a new password.” If you have forgotten your user name, log in using your card number instead. Type in your card number without any spaces. Then click on “Submit”. An email will be sent to the email address that you used to set up your account. The email will have both your user name and a new temporary password. Please note that your password will be a mix of letters, some capitals some not, and numbers. Copy it carefully as you will need to use it twice; first to log in and then to change your password. You may now return to the log in page by following the steps above and use this information to log in.)
