  • The Ben’s Friends Comp Card is for charitable and promotional purposes only.
  • Use of the Ben’s Friends Comp Card constitutes acceptance of all program terms and conditions.
  • The Ben’s Friends Comp Card contains Ben’s Comp Dollars which may be used towards the purchase of any food or beverage item at participating Ben’s locations.
  • Only one Ben’s Friends Comp Card may be used per guest check.
  • Ben’s Comp Dollars may NOT be used to pay for sales tax, gratuities, service charges, labor charges, delivery charges, gift card purchases or any other charges for items other than food or beverage.
  • Ben’s Comp Dollars may NOT be used in combination with other Ben’s coupons, discounts or offers unless otherwise specified.
  • The Ben’s Friends Comp Card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without permission.
  • The Ben’s Friends Comp Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation after which any remaining comp dollars will expire.
  • Ben’s Comp Dollars are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed within the time frame specified.
  • Expired Ben’s Comp Dollars cannot be reinstated.
  • You may check your Ben’s Comp Dollars card balance online or at any participating Ben’s location.
  • Ben’s is not responsible for Ben’s Comp Dollars which cannot be redeemed due to technical difficulties including but not limited to computer malfunctions, software problems, phone or internet connection breakdowns, or other problems which temporarily render the system inoperable.
  • Ben’s is not responsible for lost, returned, misdirected, undeliverable email or other correspondence.
  • Ben’s reserves the right to discontinue and/or change the rules, terms and conditions of the Ben’s Friends Comp Card and Ben’s Comp Dollars program at any time without prior notice.
